Bryn rabbit

Bryn prior to having his teeth clipped.

Bryn rabbit shortly after being found with grossly overgrown front-teeth. He has now had his teeth clipped and will have his front-teeth removed, when he is well enough, by a vet, to prevent re-growth. The incisor teeth grow continuously in rabbits and are usually ground-down by chewing fibrous material such as hay. Some rabbits may have a genetic disposition towards developing misaligned teeth. Also, sometimes if a rabbit receives an injury to its jaw, the front teeth may no longer be properly aligned and this condition results. This rabbit should obviously have been taken to a vet for corrective action.
